We may revise and update these Terms of Service from time to time, at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Without limiting the foregoing, AJE may at any time, with or without notice:
- modify, add, remove or revise parts of the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service;
- modify or discontinue the Website, in whole or in part, including removing or ceasing to provide any content or functionality of the Website;
By continuing to use the Website after the posting of the revised Terms of Use, you signify your acceptance of the modifications. It is your responsibility to check this page for any changes, as you are bound to it.
All products on the site are available only to Moroccan customers.
All items will come with the appropriate protective manufacturer's packaging.
Any order on the Company must be placed by the Buyer in writing and be accompanied by sufficient information to enable the Company to proceed with the order if accepted. All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company and no contract shall exist until such acceptance has been issued by the Company to the Buyer.
You have the legal right to cancel your order after you have received and inspected the goods, up to 14 days after receipt. Please note that you are under a legal obligation to take care of the product, and this includes all packaging and labeling. Care must be taken to ensure that the goods remain in the best possible condition.
If you decide to return the goods, you must notify us of the cancellation in writing (by e-mail to contact@aje.com within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Following the cancellation, you are under a legal obligation not to use the goods and to take care of them.
All our filters come with a warranty, from the date of purchase, against manufacturing defects. We do not offer any guarantee in the event of damage, delay or partial loss of the articles of your order during transport. Please inspect your order upon delivery for any defects. Contact us as soon as possible after discovering any defects.
All notices to be given to the Company must be sent in writing to the registered office of the Company at N°1 Zone Industrielle Route de Biougra 86150 Aït Melloul.
Delivery is from Agadir. For all deliveries, the customer bears the risk of transport.
